Can I pay using AMEX?

We utilize Paypal for all payment transactions. If Paypal accepts it, then we accept it. If you need to pay by check then please contact us directly.

How do refunds work?

It's simple, you can cancel your account at any time. We do not give refunds for unused time, so you will have full access until the end of your current billing period. We won't charge you ever again, at least until you change your mind and come back! Also, if you've canceled during your free trial, there is obviously nothing to refund. :)

Is there a bulk-buy discount?

Each tier will give you a better per case price. If you need more than what our tiers provide, then please contact us for special pricing.

Is there a minimum contract term?

Yes, 1 year.

Can I evalutate your product before purchasing?

Currently, we do not offer a free trial period. Please send us your contact information including the name of your organization. We will contact you and set up an account on our test site for a 30 day evaluation period.

What is your after-sale service policy?

Anytime you have a question, suggestion, or concern, email us at support@diversiontechnology.com. We will respond as soon as possible. Hopefully, you won't have many! We made our software very intuitive and easy to use.

How do I extend my license?

Once you're logged in, go to the Administration menu (Left Side Of Screen) -> Subscription menu -> Click the Extend Button or Upgrade button -> Pay. If you cannot see the administration tab then you do not have permission to see it. You will need to request permission from an administrator in your organization. If your subscription has expired, you will need to contact us to activate it.
